Technical Lead Full Stack Java Developer with strong analytical and technical ability with 6-10 years of full stack experience in developing applications using HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/Java. Able to work independently, good communication skills, Has experience in working on complex and medium to large projects

Responsibilities:

  • Own and be responsible for end-to-end development of the projects/ programs assigned

  • Deliver high-quality software programs adhering to standards and be involved in design reviews, program specifications review

  • Participate in all stages of the SDLC as well as provide operational support on applications to business users

  • Work both independently, with other team members, and across teams in different time zones

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and work closely with various technology groups & vendors to be able to drive a standard framework for development processes

  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions

  • Be a lead from the front, get down and work with team and understand the problem and bring to a resolution

Qualifications:

  • Expert in /ETL and Tableau

  • Expert in Reporting and Managed Segments

  • 6-10 years in enterprise application development

  • Experience in full stack web application development, including

    • React JS, CSS, Javascript and NodeJs and

    • Strong background in core JAVA/J2EE, micro services, web services and Spring framework

  • Extensive working experience in CI/CD pipeline and DevOps

  • Strong knowledge in Databases like Oracle and other distributed technologies

  • Experience in ECS/Docker and OpenShift is a plus

  • Ability to communicate complex issues and ideas with absolute precision and clarity

  • Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications

  • Flexibility to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
