IT Business Senior Analyst

Senior Business Analyst/ Product owner applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, integrates payment subject matter and expertise within payment industry. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex requirements and backlog. Strong in communication and diplomacy skills. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business/ Operations SME and developers
• Consult with users to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup
• Prepares for production releases, launches and monitors platform performance, adoption,
• 5-8 years in a product development/product management/ Requirement gathering
• Well -versed with Agile practices and ceremonies is as MUST
• Proficiency in JIRA, Visio etc. business analysis tools is a MUST
• Experience in payment industry/ platform will be preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
