Responsibilities

The Client Transformation VP will be part of the Client Transformation Office, and will play a critical role, to ensure all Client CO commitments are timely deliver. Excellent presentation, and analytical skills are required. Accountable for
producing necessary reports across the governance and routines to facilitate decision making. As well as ensuring proper expenses and HC management for CO related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Uses best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholders/customers’ needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes.
  • Organizes new challenges and drive business results.
  • Drives end results of the project as a representative of the business.
  • Articulates problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed.
  • Promotes partner involvement through effectively communicating project status.
  • Communicates to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues.
  • Proactively follows escalation and change control processes.
  • Works closely with the Client organization to ensure proper tracking is reflected in the systems
  • Prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports.
  • Applies a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project participant progress against project goals.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Performs regular and ad hoc data analysis on various datasets; synthesizes, derives recommended actions, and creates compelling presentations for senior leaders
  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs
  • Identifies, builds, and maintains relationships with stakeholders and key organizations
  • Directs the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensures mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
  • Applies comprehensive understanding of Citi Project Management Governance & Transformation concepts and procedures within own area and basic project management knowledge of other areas to resolve issues.
  • Monitor HC and expenses across Client tagged to deliver Consent Order.
  • Work in in close partnership with the Business Execution teams and finance to have a cohesive monthly, quarterly and yearly process.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years relevant experience in banking, financial services, in a financial services firm. Project management methodology experience
  • Background: financial acumen, expense management and P&L management and analytics
  • Experience in synthesizing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into concise, actionable insights for leadership. Ability to tell the story from the data.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced excel pivot table and v-lookup
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills; written and verbal communication
  • Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.
  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
