Team/Role Overview:

Citi Services is one of Citi’s five interconnected businesses at the heart of Citi’s global network. Citi Services includes Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) and Securities Services. TTS provides an integrated suite of Liquidity, Payments and Trade/Working Capital solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector organizations and increasingly mid-sized corporate clients. Securities Services provides global institutional clients a wide range of solutions, including custody, fund services, execution services and issuer services. These are supported by our extensive on-the-ground local market expertise, innovative post-trade technologies, customized data solutions and a wide range of securities services solutions that can be tailored to meet clients’ needs.

Capital calculation and data provenance is a critical area for Citi to deliver on its regulatory commitments, and this role is critical for Citi Services as it aligns its business with firmwide RWA transformation efforts. Balance Sheet and Capital Management (BSCM) is a specialised team responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient use of Services’ balance sheet with the goal of improving return on capital measures. 

The Services RWA Integrity and Governance Manager, Lead Specialist – SVP will report to Head of BSCM, Trade & Working Capital Solutions and work closely with Services Business Finance Transformation Lead to drive related initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate execution of Services’ deliverables under Finance Transformation and Consent Order programs as Services transitions to target state.
  • Identify and implement Business controls to ensure RWA compliance, accuracy, and completeness, in collaboration with Data Operating Model leads.
  • Review Services’ weekly and monthly RWA, monitor ongoing data quality reporting, and provide inputs to Finance Capital Controllers.
  • Champion the remediation of RWA Issues impacting the business, working with Finance, Risk Management, Technology, and other business areas as required.
  • Represent the business in RWA-related discussions with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense review functions, serving as business contact for COBRA/IA reviews.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Comprehensive understanding of US regulatory capital rules for RWA calculation.
  • Familiarity with products offered by Services as well as Citi’s systems and data.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to work with large data sets to identify issues and root cause.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence outcome.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to converse with a wide variety of people across functions / seniority.
  • Highly organised, responsive, and proactive.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
