Vice President, Wealth Continuum is a strategic professional who is responsible for leading strategies in customer acquisition and client engagement within the bank. This role involves the creation and implementation of targeted campaigns and client events designed to attract new-to-bank customers and deepen relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure these initiatives align with the bank’s goals and compliance standards. Primary responsibilities include managing campaign creation, execution, and the orchestration of both large and small-scale client events.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Leading the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Planning and executing client engagement events ranging from large-scale conferences to intimate in-branch gatherings aimed at enhancing client relationships and fostering referrals.
  • Collaborating with frontline sales teams to ensure they are equipped and motivated to effectively use marketing tools and campaign materials.
  • Working closely with other internal areas including Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Finance, and other Control Functions to ensure compliance and address any issues that may impact the campaigns or events.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and events, adjusting strategies as needed to meet the bank's objectives.
  • Providing day-to-day advice and support to the Wealth Continuum Acquisition team on marketing strategies, client engagement, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Solid relevant experience in banking with good knowledge of marketing, segment management and exposure to and understanding of business analysis, data and system analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to navigate a complex organization.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated knowledge in financial services marketing and event management.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, take initiative, and produce consistent high-quality work; Willingness to be a direct contributor and ability to multi-task
