Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- To receive, review and process the applications received via remote channels to ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and the bank/investment account can be opened
- To conduct service calls to assist customers (if necessary) in completing the online applications to maximize the business opportunities
- To handle inbound enquiries from prospects relating to remote account opening application, provide guidance on application requirements and processes
- To coordinate with branches on bank account opening appointments
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work occasional weekends to support sanity test
- Demonstrated analytical skills and able to work in a team
