Responsibilities:

  • To receive, review and process the applications received via remote channels to ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and the bank/investment account can be opened
  • To conduct service calls to assist customers (if necessary) in completing the online applications to maximize the business opportunities
  • To handle inbound enquiries from prospects relating to remote account opening application, provide guidance on application requirements and processes
  • To coordinate with branches on bank account opening appointments 


Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work occasional weekends to support sanity test
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and able to work in a team
