Early Career Program Manager (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end management of Analyst and Associate experiences. Provide end-to-end management of Early Career program experiences including but not limited to training, performance reviews, compensation, promotion, and mobility.
Performance Management & Compensation
- Drive Early Career processes for, including year-end ratings, review conversation and compensation
- Manage compensation data and reporting
- Execute on promotion process
- Continuous involvement in headcount discussions, management, and target setting
Career Development & Mobility Opportunities
- Manage mobility with Analysts and Associates within the region; partner with Recruiting, compensation and business stakeholders
- Provide career coaching and support for those looking for internal opportunities
- Manage any career development domestic or global rotations
- Design and implement initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining junior talent
Engagement, Immersion & Offboarding
- Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure onboarding requirements are met
- Partner with managers on the immersion of new talent into the organization
- Maintain a pulse on the population around morale, trends and overall experience through quick chats, Roadshows and other ad hoc feedback mechanisms
- Conduct Exit Interviews with all resigning employees and help manage attrition data
Manager Capabilities
- Actively engage with managers and staffers throughout the talent cycle to impart best practices for managing and developing junior talent
Employee Relations
- Partner with the HR Advisor, Employee Relations, and Legal teams to evaluate and resolve all employee relations issues
Learning
- Partner closely with Early Career Learning teams to execute and implement the new hire induction training program at both Analyst and Associate levels.
Immigration
- Partner closely with immigration team to ensure all junior bankers requiring sponsorship are properly put through the visa process
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 2-3 years of campus recruiting, program management, or other relevant experience
- Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and program design and management
- Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manipulate and manage large data sets
- Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of management, including very senior interactions and expectations
- Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work some early morning and evening hours
- Oversee groups within the Banking organization and develop a deep understanding of group dynamics, current and forecasted headcount, workload, and Analyst & Associate performance
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Analysts, Associates, Staffers, and Group Heads through both 1:1 meetings and group touchpoints
- Leverage data to create presentations and analyze trends that can be used for presentations to senior leaders
- Partner with Program Lead on implementation of junior banker initiatives
- Execute on HR processes such as performance management, promotions, compensation
- Liaise with HR, Legal, etc. for employee relations issues and/or as appropriate
- Lead and participate in program engagement activities, development and networking sessions, and support junior banker council initiatives
- Support Early Career initiatives to streamline programs globally and align roles/responsibilities between HR and Program Management
- Create content for newsletter that is sent to program population
- Partner with Early Career Learning team to execute new hire training program
- Create and implement plans for new hire integration
- Lead and manage various projects throughout the year supporting the Early Career cycle

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
