Digital Fraud Risk Senior Officer
This position will interface among Fraud Policy Managers and other cross-organization leads to support the management and oversight of Citi’s Digital Fraud Prevention disciplines. This is a dynamic role that will lead collaboration across multiple verticals, including Risk Operations, Fraud Analytics, Technology Architects, Product Development, Customer Experience, Information Security, Audit/Regulatory, vendors/suppliers, and other functional areas to deploy and maintain state-of-the-art fraud risk mitigation solutions for Citi’s client-facing digital applications.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate recurring reviews with peers and leadership teams to provide project updates outlining key deliverables, timelines and milestones, and prioritization of work efforts.
Drive improvements in application, business, and portfolio MIS reporting for digital fraud prevention and detection tool outcomes and project work efforts.
Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends and risks and effectively communicate them across the digital protection functions.
Maintain the repository of digital Control/Audit deliverables and provide updates to leadership on compliance programs and Corrective Action Plans.
Contribute to evaluations of potential control enhancements and digital/cyber protection tools and capabilities that improve business controls and reduce impacts and friction to customer experience and/or operational areas.
Produce regular portfolio performance reporting for stakeholders to coordinate actions and mitigation plans.
Contribute to fraud risk assessments of business initiatives and to the development of requirements to mitigate risk. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and for safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Perform other duties and functions in this space as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills are required. The scope of work will focus heavily on strong collaboration across fraud risk disciplines and related areas across the firm. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing presentations to leadership teams to communicate action and mitigation plans.
Direct experience and strong knowledge of digital fraud management disciplines, fraud operations, online/mobile banking platforms and functionalities, and identifying internal/external risks and controls.
Strong institutional knowledge of banking and lending products, technologies/platforms, functionalities, digital detection tools/models, and deep device printing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of Information Security risks/controls and Audit disciplines.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and influence others.
Strong project management abilities.

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
