The Technology Senior Business Analyst (Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst - C13) is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to elicit business requirements from stakeholders, document business needs, and identify opportunities for process improvements, convert business requirements in functional requirements by coordination with tech team and product owner team.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Elicit business requirements from stakeholders, document business needs, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop recommendations for improvements.

  • Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to design and develop solutions to address business needs.

  • Requirements Gathering: Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.

  • Communicate: Communicate clearly and efficiently through meetings and presentations.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, systems analysis, product owner role.

  • Extensive experience business analysis and project management will be added advantage.

  • Knowledge in SQL is a must.

  • Expertise in creating data and process flow diagrams using Microsoft VISIO is a must.

  • Knowledge in data setup and experience in working with stakeholders for SIT and UAT is a must.

  • Knowledge of PI Planning, PI execution and lifecycle of an Agile project is a must.

  • Experience in Impact analysis based on requirements provided by business.

  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development with domain knowledge of Process Governance.

  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
