Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Utilize Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Struts, REST API, and Oracle Web Service to develop complex, high-volume, self-service internet applications. Responsible for complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation. Perform server-side development. Employ Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, Grunt, and Backbone to build web applications and user interfaces for web applications. Write code for cloud-enabled platforms using HTML and CSS. Implement Microservice development and Spring Boot for development of cloud-based applications. Analyze user needs, translate business requirements, and prepare detailed technical specifications for applications code. Employ XML and JSON protocols for data transfer and integration. Ensure final technology products meet internal standards and technical specifications. Responsible for performing coding, testing, and debugging of applications. Drive adequate implementation and documentation. Work with stakeholders to implement technical design charters and ensure application enhancements comply with technology roadmaps. Monitor systems functioning and provide user and operational application supports. Improve design of existing programs and optimize system performance. Utilize Jira for project management and issue tracking. Research industry trends and standards to ensure current and future internet application development utilize latest technologies and meet acceptable industry standards. Execute technical projects using Waterfall and Agile software development methodology. Support implementation of new development methodologies in Agile spectrum. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Assistant Consultant, or related position involving applications and web platform development for the banking industry. 5 years of experience must include: Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Struts, REST API, and Oracle Web Service; Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, Grunt, and Backbone; HTML and CSS; Microservice development; Spring Boot; Waterfall and Agile methodologies; Style Sheets: LESS and SASS; Data transfer protocols: XML and JSON; Git; Jira; Jenkins; and RLM.
