FP&A Expense Analyst C10 - Hybrid

Citi's Client organization is focused on strengthening how we deliver for clients across the bank. The Client organization, inclusive of firm-wide Marketing, takes a comprehensive view of our client relationships, ensuring that we deliver one Citi in a consistent and disciplined way through a centralized view of our client strategy, segmentation and coverage model.

The Marketing Finance team is tasked with overseeing the budget and enhancing the financial analytics around our on-going marketing investments, across our lines of business including USPB, Wealth and Brands.

We are looking for mid level position with analytical skills to support the Marketing team. This person will partner closely with contacts across Network, Marketing, and Finance.

Knowledge/Experience/ Skills

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineer or a related field with at least 3 years of experience with more than 2- 4 years of Planning and Analysis experience
• Understanding of Banking & Finance products and markets is preferred but not essential
• Basic financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
• Keen interest in business and economic environment
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. VBA, Knime and Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Intermediate analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support on Marketing Expense Management- activities including Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Outlook.
• Prepare reporting results against different forecast cycles to support timely business decisions.
• Support KPI analytics and path to Plan deliverables.
• Tracking, control and accurate submission of External Funding requests.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and address issues that are complementary to the regular processes.
• Continuous enhancement of governance and controls, and support transformation efforts within Finance.
• Contribute in the analysis of key management review decks.
• Support standardization of activities including the identification of productivity and efficiency. 
• Comply with Risk & Control policies and requirements.
