The ICRM Compliance Engagement Lr Lead accomplishes results through the development and management of the Compliance Employee Engagement program. Create guidance and minimum requirements of all ICRM Site and VOE champions. Including establishing feedback opportunities for best practices and lessons learned.
Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and colleagues. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results. Will have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy creating with the program. Involved in short-term planning resource planning.
Responsibilities:
- Work with partner groups colleagues to develop integrated engagement strategies that support franchise-wide priorities and business line specific programs
- Ensure effective communication cascades and channels that distribute targeted information at the franchise, business line and local team level in a clear and digestible ways while making the program exciting and engaging
- Responsible for execution of the ICRM stature analysis and related initiatives, and all development programs, such as mentorship.
- Responsible for programs related to ICRM mentorship, continued education, etc.
- Create guidance and minimum requirements of all ICRM Site and VOE champions. Including establishing feedback opportunities for best practices and lessons learned.
- Set strategic direction in partnership with other stakeholder organizations such as HR, including talent development, and IRM to ensure coordination and best practices are aligned.
- Ensure effective communication cascades and channels that distribute targeted information at the franchise, business line and local team level in a clear and digestible ways while making the program exciting and engaging
- Developing and managing employee events
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience
Education:
- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
