VP Regulatory Management - C13 - GURGAON
VP - Regulatory Management will serve as primary point of contact for all regulatory interactions within the Organizations. This role ensures effective communication, coordination, and management of regulatory requirements, supporting compliance and alignment with industry standards. Role will collaborate with cross functional teams’ senior executives and regulators to maintain strong regulatory relationships and uphold the org reputation.
Engagement
Act as main liaison between the org and regulatory bodies.coordinate meetings request and communication with regulators.represent the org during reg examinations, reviews, and discussion.Support CARAM and other REG related wider transformations project implementation.
Reg Management and compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on org.develop and implement strategies to address regulatory expectations and findings.
Policy Oversight and reporting
Oversee preparation and submission of reg reports and responses. Review and approve documentations to ensure quality accuracy and timeliness.Provide regular updates to senior management and the board on reg matters.
Risk management.
Identify and mitigate reg risk in collaboration with the risk and control teams.Drive enhancement in processes, controls, and governance to address reg requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with legal, compliance risk and operations to address reg needs.Partner with business leaders to align reg requirements with org goals.Support training and awareness initiatives to ensure reg compliance across teams.
