Citibank, N.A. seeks a Wealth Monitoring, Testing, Reporting, and Risk Quantitative Capabilities for its Fort Lauderdale, FL location.
Duties: Oversee a variety of Wealth’s Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) department functions. This involves leading MCA activities including Monitoring, Testing, Reporting, and Risk Quantitative Capabilities for the Wealth Control organization. Key responsibilities include defining, monitoring, and managing organizational metrics for key focus areas, such as controls, issue remediation, financial management, and human resources. Design and manage architecture for Wealth Control organization in alignment with Citi’s Accountability, Culture, and Talent efforts. Lead people strategy, including recruitment, development, engagement, and retention. Design, implement, and maintain programs to ensure headcount is forecasted, budgeted, and tracked. Oversee delivery of key presentations and communications to a wide range of stakeholders, including regulators and Wealth leadership. Manage tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, directing, coordination, and support of day-to-day activities relating to projects/initiatives. Focus on continuous control improvements across all areas to ensure continued improvement of the control framework in an efficient, cost effective, streamlined, and value-added manner. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related finance or operation risk occupation defining and monitoring organizational metrics within the financial services industry. Ten (10) years of experience must include: Complying with regulatory environments for Asia/EMEA markets; Performing financial management, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting; Developing and implementing large-scale organizational design projects, utilizing re-engineering skills and experience to design an organizational architecture; Defining, monitoring, and managing organizational metrics, including issue remediation, financial management, and human resources; Managing a team, including setting individual and team goals and setting and managing a budget; and Performing project management including administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives.
