Team / Role Overview

The Securities & Derivatives Intmd Analyst is an intermediate level position with the primary role of acting as KYCO for the completion of the renewal process for KYC Records under Agency &Trust Remit with the goal of delivering best in class service and continuity of service to our clients.

In addition to KYC activities the Team is also responsible for various other activities which will present development opportunities for candidates who want to broaden the scope of their knowledge and experience.

What you will do:

• Timely completion for KYC Renewals under remit, KYC Modifications and PUPs (Product Profiles) Management.
• Completion of NAOFs when aligned with renewals or TRM support needed.
• Management of KYC ICRM/AML Client Requests or concerns.
• Client Outreach for External Requirements.
• Oversight of Sanctioned client Management.
• KYC Closures and Deactivations when Deals terminated.
• AMC Updates and LOB Transfers
• Oversight on expired KYCs not managed by A&T but may impact A&T
• Adherence with KYC Regulatory Guidelines
• Collation of deliverables in relation to Audit Requests

Other Responsibilities

• Timely completion of Regulatory Reporting for Sanctions Positions.
• Management of internal and external claims resulting from late payments.
• Involvement in BSER (Balance Sheet Exposure) Management
• Collation of data for feed consolidated Regulatory Reporting

What we'll need from you:

• Some relevant experience required
• Demonstrated comprehension of broader KYC Process and associated requirements.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
