Cash and Trade Proc Analyst2 - C10 - CIUDAD DE MEXICO
The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing technology projects throughout the entire system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research and implement sustainable technology solutions, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touch points
- Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions
- Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions
- Propose and implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience
- Assist efforts to help drive high rates of client adoption
- Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in a related role
- Proven system development lifecycle skills
- Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Effective analytic and presentation skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

El Analista de Procesamiento Comercial y de Efectivo 2 es un rol de nivel intermedio a cargo de administrar proyectos de tecnología durante todo el ciclo de vida de desarrollo del sistema en coordinación con el equipo de Servicios de Transacción. El objetivo general es investigar e implementar soluciones de tecnología sostenible, aumentar la eficiencia y reducir los costos.
Responsabilidades:
- Reconciliaciones contables
- Identificación de breaks y analisis para encontrar causa raíz
- Investigar, identificar y recomendar capacidades de tecnología que permitan reducir las consultas de los clientes y los puntos de contacto manual.
- Investigar tendencias operativas de clientes y tesorería actuales y sugerir soluciones.
- Trabajar con proveedores, equipos de operaciones del cliente y tecnología para el prototipo de soluciones innovadoras.
- Proponer e implementar soluciones que aumenten la eficiencia operativa y conlleven una mejor experiencia del cliente.
- Ayudar en los esfuerzos por impulsar altos índices de adopción del cliente.
- Asegurarse de que los requisitos estén bien indicados y de que las necesidades comerciales y del cliente se cumplan durante todo el desarrollo.
Calificaciones:
- Mas de 3 años de experiencia en un puesto relacionado dentro de una Institución Financiera / Bancaria
- Carreras: Contabilidad, Economía, Administracion y Finanzas o afines
- Capacidad de concentración, atención al detalle.
- Habilidad de autogestión
- Excel Intermedio a Avanzado
- Capacidad de manejar gran volumen de información
- Habilidades comprobables en el ciclo de vida de desarrollo de sistemas.
- Comprensión competente de las tecnologías emergentes.
- Habilidades efectivas escritas y verbales.
- Habilidades efectivas de presentación y analíticas.
