BANAMEX- Product Analyst - C10 - Ciudad De Mexico
The Product Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team.The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product requirements and conduct market readiness evaluations during testing phases to ensure product quality and performance goals are met
- Participate in cross-functional teams designed to resolve business issues related to technology projects with significant business impact
- Participate in technology projects for small product enhancements and minor customizations
- Document new products and/or changes to existing products, ensure smooth business implementation during launch process, and prioritize and validate potentially dynamic material from multiple sources
- Direct and oversee product life cycle including market demands, technology trends, and competitive field
- Apply knowledge across product marketing and contribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and workflow for the product marketing function
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function
- Practical experience of multiple business cycles
- Knowledge of industry and competitor products/services
- Working knowledge of strategic direction of the function within the business as well as a solid conceptual/practical grounding in function and/or area of expertise
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated project management skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Coordinar y liderear, supervisar, monitorear y/o verificar la ejecución de los procesos operativos y contables, derivados del procesamiento diario, y que seas sean realizados de forma oportuna y exacta por parte del personal a su cargo.
Asegurar la conclusión en tiempo y forma de los procesos operativos, verificar que los supervisores confirmen la correcta conciliación de cifras contables y/o operativas, así como asegurarse de que extracción de reportes y bases de datos para su análisis se genere de acuerdo a los convenios de servicio que se tienen con las Gerencias de Producto.
Asegurar que todos los servicios que forman parte los convenios de servicio con las Gerencias de Producto sean cumplidos conforme a los tiempos y calidad comprometidos en ellos. así como asegurar el mantenimiento de estos con revisiones y actualizaciones periódicas.
Asegurar que las líneas de Control (ARCM) mapeadas a todos los procesos operativos a su cargo, sean las adecuadas, y que cumplan con la función esencial de mitigar todos los riesgos Operativos para evitar Issues.
Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia comercial relacionada con procesos operativos deseable, amplio conocimiento en el ambito operativo de tarjetas de crédito, débito y productos de captación, incluido al menos un año de experiencia en supervisión y manejo de equipos de trabajo.
Amplio conocimiento de aplicación, análisis y estructura de procesos contables, derivados de la operativa de cargos /abonos a cuentas de clientes, así como experiencia en el manejo y gestión adecuados de partidas de alto riesgo.
