Banamex/ Analista de Control Riesgo/ Operativo/ C09

The Credit Maintenance Analyst is an entry level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the Operations - Services team. The overall objective of this role is to maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor credit exposure and adhere to overall credit policies.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
• Analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects
• Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports
• Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
• Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors
• Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
• Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience required
• Experience in credit operations or similar position
• Knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Revisar/ Supervisar el proceso que realizan los analistas de dictaminación del área hipotecario/ file central
• Documentacion de procesos del área hipotecario/ file central
• Generacion de Instructivos de trabajo
• Garantizar la integridad y confidencialidad de la documentación e información del cliente registrada en sistemas informáticos a través de diversas revisiones aplicadas, del área hipotecario/ file central
• Liderar proyectos especiales, capacitar a nuevos empleados dentro de la unidad de trabajo, brindar orientación cotidiana a empleados de menor nivel y asignar trabajos según sea necesario.
• Capacitar y entrenar a especialistas en el análisis de riesgos.
• Interpretar procedimientos y políticas para orientar al personal de apoyo en la resolución de problemas complejos.
• Garantizar la calidad de las tareas y los servicios provistos por el equipo.
• Seguimiento a lineas de control, riesgo

Requisitos

• Conocimiento en líneas ARCAM (deseable)
• Excel Avanzado (Generación de tabalas dinamicas, cruces de informacion)
• Ingles Avanzado (Lectura)
• Conocimientos en EUC, Generacion de Instructivos de trabajo, documentacion de procesos (deseable)
• Experiencia en revisiones de control operativo/ riesgo.
• Preferible conocimiento laboral de la industria financiera. (Originación de crédito deseable)
• Habilidades de motivación y liderazgo proactivo
• Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
• Habilidades comprobadas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
• Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
• Experiencia en el manejo y administración de riesgos y controles.
