As an Early Career Recruitment Coordinator, you will be involved in…
- Working closely with the Early Career Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on ongoing projects related to data and process
- Managing data reporting and analysis for the APAC Early Career team
- Supporting Regional Early Career Recruitment Leads and Recruiters in completing transactional activities and provide advisory support during the campus recruitment process
- Supporting with campus event and marketing activities
What development opportunities will this role offer?

- Regional exposure
- Campus Marketing and University Relations
- Playing an advisory role on campus recruitment processes
- Partnering with Recruiters on planning and strategy for operational support requirements
- Providing risk and compliance oversight
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree level
- Preferably 2-3 years Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Recruitment Operations work experience.
- Knowledge of graduate recruitment and mass volume recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Working knowledge using Workday recruitment is a plus
- Must have attention to details, and be data savvy
- Able to handle high volume of work and adaptable to change
- Client-focused, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
