The Enterprise Workforce Management team is responsible for leading Citi’s transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organization design. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are in the building phase of developing the set of capabilities, processes, and tools to analyze, forecast, organize, and plan for the future of the workforce.

We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who are focused on ensuring Citi has the right number of people, with the right skills, at the right place, time and cost. The role is part of the Enterprise Workforce Management team and is responsible for developing and delivering critical workforce insights and reporting in a controlled and governed environment.

Responsibilities include the below, but not limited to:

  • Drive the implementation, execution, measurement, and monitoring of enterprise-wide demand & capacity planning and skills assessment and own the gap remediation.
  • Create and maintain effective controls in relation to data sources, data quality and validation.
  • Own processes that ensure workforce planning framework related to monitoring and process are effectively applied, with checkpoints throughout the process to mitigate risks and inaccuracies and their potential downstream impacts.
  • Lead projects, generate new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems in relation to the methodology and the process to deliver the Demand & Capacity Planning methodology across the organization.
  • Partner with internal deployment teams, key business stakeholders, HR Advisors and Learning & Development on implementing the annual skills assessment framework to assess gaps and progress made in closing skill gaps.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, business and function leaders to monitor the reasonableness, sufficiency and effectiveness of action plans to remediate identified gaps.
  • Design a monitoring framework and own the governance and monitoring of the action plans.
  • Participate and deliver regulatory responses required for regulatory closure process, including preparing materials and managing artifacts to meet all relevant deliverables and Internal Audit requirement.
  • Contribute to reporting and insights around status, gaps, remediation actions progress to management committees, board and regulators. 
  • Partner with Businesses and Functions, Finance, and Enterprise Workforce Management teams to develop impactful reporting and insights to deliver on growing internal and external requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in driving enterprise transformation/ regulatory projects/ process re-engineering/ strategic workforce planning/ with management reporting and data analysis skills
  • Good understanding of key principles involved in strategic workforce planning or background in financial planning, and business operations.
  • Ability to understand, marshal and interpret a wide range of information, ideas, and concepts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience of presenting complex ideas, data and analysis in a visually accessible way, ability to draft presentations and documentations to communicate key conclusions and complex issues to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving Transformation and Change management in a large, regulated organization.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare executive level reports and insights.
  • Hands on experience in executing and managing procedures and policies.
  • Experience in creating, tracking, and managing metrics. 
  • Comfortable to work with ambiguity and managing high-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Intellectually strong with a growth mindset, with a proactive can-do attitude to delivery and “get things done” in a tight deadline.
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to accuracy and details, while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work.
  • Ability to deliver results and on-time delivery of work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.
