The Applications Development Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

Develop new code and modify existing code.
Write unit test cases and automated testing scripts.
Analyze and fix defects in test environment.
Analyze and fix production issues.
Analyze and fix vulnerability assessment (VA) issues
Deploy code in test and production environments.
Support monthly production releases, which may require working on weekends during release periods.

Qualifications:

Required skills:

3 to 5 years of Angular experience required.

Optional skills:

Knowledge or experience with Java is a plus.
Knowledge or experience with GitHub Copilot, version control tools, continuous development & continuous deployment (CD/CD) tools is a plus.
Familiarity with JIRA is an advantage.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added benefit.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
