The Process Quality Assurance function provides Senior management an objective insight of the quality of the Program and Project’s processes and their associated work products.

The Program Management Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting Quality Management and process improvement throughout the organization
  • Developing, implementing and communicating the PQA (Process Quality Assurance) procedures to bring the Organization’s programs and projects into process compliance with the organizational PM standards and procedures
  • Effectively interact with program and project stakeholders to create awareness, provide QA support and implement the quality system requirements.
  • Weekly planning and execution of the PQA reviews to assess the process adherence effectiveness of the inspected programs and projects
  • Document and communicate the PQA results, including key strengths, observations, issues, etc., to the program and project management for taking the required corrective actions.
  • Management reporting of the PQA review results, systemic issues, etc.,
  • Establishing and maintaining the tools and templates to execute the PQA function Work with data and reporting team to support PM reporting Assist in development and production of PM Metrics
  • Applies best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Understand the bank environment and compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with regional and global team and implement the best standards across teams.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The following skills are required:

  • Knowledge and expertise on Project Management and Quality Assurance standards in the financial services industry 5+ years
  • Microsoft Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

  • PMP Certification
  • Quality Assurance Certification
  • SharePoint Technical Skills a plus

Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Financial Services/IT Industry including 5 years of Project Management and Quality Assurance experience
