Payment Operations Senior Analyst

What you'll do:

• Enter/control of banking operations environment with the highest accuracy and the most efficient way in the line with Operating Procedures
• Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements
• Ensure adherence of the processes to Citi Policies, Regulations and Procedures requirements
• Coordination of operational procedure creation and updates to ensure consistency with Citi Policies
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processing payments & tasks to be delivered
• Issues and escalations identification, reporting and handling till the resolutions
• Preparing MIS, Monthly Bulletins for respective area

What we’ll need from you

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
• University/College degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organised approach
• Positive and pro-active attitude
• Goal oriented and self-driven
