Team/Role Overview

The Supply Chain Operations supports the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, through competitive bidding and selection to contracting and payment. The SCO’s purpose is to ensure we manage our supply chain in an efficient and standardized manner through all stages of the supplier lifecycle, leveraging Citi’s scale to optimize the supply chain while ensuring rigorous controls. 

Through managing the day-to-day transactional processes, Citi’s Supply Chain Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting Citi’s mission. We are seeking a JuniorThird Party Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The Junior Third Party Onboarding Specialist  role sits within Citi’s Supply Chain Operations (SCO) and is mainly responsible for the maintenance of suppliers’ data in Citi’s systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain the integrity and the accuracy of the Supplier Onboarding Systems/Tools for all new suppliers.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders in connection to their requests.
  • Be responsible for continuous process improvement identification and implementation, risk and control self-assessment testing and review, handling customer escalations.
  • Establish daily priorities and flow of work to ensure that timeliness and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure high levels of Customer Service satisfaction.
  • Handle cases requiring special attention, investigations, and escalations as appropriate.
  • Assist in audit and compliance efforts for department, including risk review, self-assessment, Continuity of Business, business monitoring and documentation of policies and procedures
  • Provide expert guidance and support on the development of key controls, standard processes, operating procedures, and promote best practices
  • Support reporting activities as required

What we’ll need from you:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome, however some experience in multinational / shared service environment in an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken level of English
  • Intermediate command of MS Suite
  • Basic College (BA/BSC) preferred
  • Professional Supply Chain qualification is desirable
