The Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) is a global organization within Business Operations Shared Services (BOSS) with 1000+ employees located across the globe. This role requires expertise in BTSS products including Archiving, Corporate Card, Vehicle Program, Managed Print, Mail & Distribution, Transaction Print, Marketing Print, Global Travel, Office Supplies & Stationery as well as other Business Partner Services. 
This role provides support on Invoice processing, Purchase Order creation among other activities related to the correct assignation of expenses generated by suppliers to the business units recipients of the services, acting as a subject matter expert on third party suppliers. It requires leadership to influence team members to execute tasks with motivation and operational excellence and to liaise between regional leads, cluster and country heads and project management team.

Responsibilities: 

  •  Raise purchase orders (POs) in P2P system, validate all the information required to process the request has been provided
  • Ensure accuracy on Invoices and submit them for payment processing
  • Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments adhering to SLAs
  • Ensure consistent application of team process controls
  • Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned 
  • Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow 
  • Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise 
  • Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower-level team members, as needed 
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
  • Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions, following up on open items and helping with content approval
  • Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes
  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Ideal background:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s/University degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Strong administrative or operations management experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment
  • Good presentation writing skills
  • Background in Third Party Management/Vendor Management highly desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
