Job Summary:

This role plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of financial and headcount data within the Strategic Ledger Program. This role involves a combination of managing capitalization processes, performing reconciliations, maintaining existing reporting procedures, and providing general administrative support to the Business Management Team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accurate and timely input of capitalization data into the PTS system. This includes validating data from various sources, troubleshooting discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. This role will be instrumental in the successful implementation of this new process.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of financial data, headcount figures, and vendor resource allocations across multiple systems. Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting and decision-making.
  • Maintain and execute existing reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of accurate and insightful reports to key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the team by creating and formatting presentations for various audiences, including senior management. This includes gathering data, developing compelling visuals, and ensuring a clear and concise message.
  • Retrieve and organize data from various systems, ensuring data quality and accessibility for analysis and reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in similar roles (Business Office, Management Accounting, FP&A, etc), within the financial services industry preferred
  • CPA or part qualified CPA preferred
  • Excellent relational and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Office, Notes)
  • High attention to detail
  • Fluent English

Education:

  • Bachelors degree
