Responsibilities
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation Development Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in low-code applications development, a basic understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle in a regulated environment, and the ability to work independently while adhering to specifications and instructions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal clients to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Work on KNIME workflow development for EUC remediation and other initiatives.
- Deliver production changes based on business requirements.
- Apply coding best practices and recommend improvements.
- Assist Production Support to resolve workflow execution issues requiring development expertise.
- Develop an understanding of the server infrastructure and the deployment life cycle.
- Open to learning new technologies specific to the Regulatory Reporting space.
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.
- Intermediate level experience in an applications Development role.
- Python or Java coding literacy.
- Basic literacy in Unix scripting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently but keeping to specifications and instructions, taking full ownership of deliverables including documentation.
- Flexible in taking over other teammates' tasks or occasionally non-development tasks.
Optional Skills:
- KNIME development experience.
- Development experience in a banking or other regulated environment.
- Confident in working with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow .
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
