Team/Role Overview
Our organization owns application support at Citi for Services, Markets, Banking and Functions (SMBF), through our global and diverse team of over 5000 people positioned across the globe. The SMBF Production Management organization provides business critical application management and support to our SMBF clients globally.
Within SMBF Production Management sits the Optimisation and Enablement (O&E) function which is positioned to drive efficiency and standardisation across all layers of the organisation. This role reports direct to the head of O&E.
What you’ll do
This role is responsible for delivering measurable and impactful change across Production Management. It is a diverse role, encompassing strategic vision, change programs, analytics and problem solving. The variety of work, as well as the opportunity to work with a number of senior stakeholders, ensures a steep but rewarding learning curve. Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of impactful, positive change against our strategy, objectives and key results.
The role will require someone with proven organization, planning and execution skills working in an agile way, who can multi-thread work and adjust messaging to the audience as needed.
You’ll work directly with the head of O&E on the highest priority initiatives within production management across the firm to evolve what we do, and how we do it.

- Highly organised with excellent presentational and communication skills
- Self-discipline and self-starter – the path isn’t always clear, or set, at the start of each day
- A pride in attention to detail and high-quality work
- Excellent Office skills, and show your use of AI to enable greater personal productivity
- Proven experience in leading people and change without having direct control
- Proficiency in data and drawing actionable insights
- Passion for technology, data, and the triangle that is people, process and technology to advance organizations
- Ability to multitask with sharp problem-solving skills.
- Statistical and analytical mind set with a data-driven, structured approach to driving progress.
Qualifications:
- Significant relevant experience
- Experience of senior stakeholder management
- Project management with demonstrable results in improving IT services
- Effectively share information with other team members and with other technology teams
- Ability to plan and organize workload
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders
