Team/Role Overview
As part of the HR Organisational Readiness team, the Change Management Manager plans and executes strategies to drive successful adoption of HR-sponsored change initiatives across the firm - typically supporting multiple projects concurrently. This role partners with project teams to evaluate the impact of changes to processes, policies, and/or technology. This role is then responsible for designing strategies to prepare impacted stakeholders and delivering tactics such as communications, training, and help resources with support from Change Management Analysts.
The ideal candidate is energised by change and understands how to influence others to adopt changes. Working independently, maintaining effectiveness during ambiguity, and developing strong partnerships with stakeholders will be key to success in this role.While not a people manager role, this role provides day-to-day direction to Change Management Analysts supporting them, including providing feedback and coaching on tactical deliverables.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate project scope to identify impacted stakeholders and change impacts.
- Develop change management strategies that consider stakeholder engagement, communications, training, inquiry support, gathering feedback, and managing resistance.
- Work with project team to execute tactics that may include communications, help materials, training, information sessions, or videos.
- Support project team in identifying and managing risks/issues that may impact change adoption.
- Identify key metrics to measure impact and outcomes of change management strategy.
- Partner with other change management and/or communications teams (where applicable) to align on strategy and partner on execution of tactics.
What we'll need from you:
- Experience leading projects or delivering programs related to technology adoption, process improvement, change management or communications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to create detailed, high-quality content for different stakeholder groups. Ability to verbally present in a clear and compelling way.
- Strong relationship building and consulting skills. Ability to interact with senior, global leaders to problem solve and influence outcomes.
- Ability to partner across different teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions. Ability to influence without direct authority in order to ensure success.
- Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint. Able to analyze and summarise data in order to make recommendations and prepare high-quality presentations.
- Ability to manage change and work through ambiguity are critical for success in the role.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
