BTSS - ICBS Country Head

Team/Role Overview:
To provide following services to Citi franchise within the country:
Core products:
- Mail and Distribution (including mailroom operation, messenger service),
- Archiving services (archiving, retrieval, scanning),
- Managed Print services (copy room operation, device rental and maintenance, paper, and accessories supply),
- Global Vehicle Program (management of Citi Business, Pool, and benefit Vehicles),
- Marketing and Transactional, Print Services (including statement printing, customer bulk correspondence).
- Office Supplies and Stationery,
- Business Travel (if required)
- Corporate Card Program (if required).
Additional Services Depending on Local requirements and agreements:
- Reception and switchboard services,
- Cafeteria and dining services,
- Vending services,
- Fitness Center,
- Meeting rooms and media services.
- Invoice preparation and scanning, expense receipt validation,
- Fixed asset accounting,
- Equipment repair,
- Building maintenance, Security, confidential waste handling
What you'll do:
Strategy
- Execute BTSS global/regional Product strategy
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives that will lead to cost savings
- Be a champion of the values and ethics of the organization
Financial Management
- Rigorous financial management and influence of direct and indirect spend for BTSS and for Services charged to the business
- Direct participation and/or coordination of the most important and complex projects of the department
- Adhere and meet country BTSS financial budget
- Provide explanation on monthly variances
- Provide leadership and opportunities for development of the BTSS Team by focusing on development of appropriate skills for each employee.
- Agree with employee’s goals and perform mid and year-end discussion and appraisal with every employee
- Encourage and reward team members for exceptional performance and for raising ideas.
Operation Management
- Ensure efficient delivery of Business and Travel Shared Services in country
- Conduct regular review of BTSS processes against standards, policy and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal clients
- Drive customer centric efficiencies and cost saving initiatives
- Identify & leverage best practices for continuous process improvements & re-engineering
- Research innovates solutions for current services
- Understand country and market trends, competitors, and new supplier’s capabilities
- Prepare and review internal responsibilities, job descriptions, all departmental policies and procedures
- Responsible for Local daily operational BTSS core services including the management of outsourced services Build and maintain a robust control environment across all areas of responsibility
- Ensure and maintain good relationship and cooperation with peers, other local or regional units, top management, vendors and partners
- Actively participate in BTSS regional meetings, calls and other applicable BTSS products activities.
- Holding monthly staff meetings on business updates, project, issues
- Meeting regularly with stakeholders, presenting projects, performance, metrics, cost saving initiatives and understanding requirements and expectations
- Hold regular meetings with suppliers, reviewing the SLA, metrics, costs, and improvements
- Seeking for best practices within regional/global teams and sharing it with the local team
- Escalation of issues as appropriate
- Act as BAO (Business Activity Owner) for several those in country suppliers
What we'll need from you:
Preferred background in a multinational organization
- Strategy & Re-engineering, Project Management & Execution, Quality & Risk Management
- Expense Management, Reporting
- People, Talent & Performance management
- Client / Customer / Stakeholder Focus
- Minimum 3-year experience in Administrative or similar areas, experience in processes related to Business & Travel Shared Services such as Archiving, Internal Mail, Printing, Travel vehicle handling and control, corporate cards etc.
- prior experience in financial services and knowledge of banking products and concepts is a plus but not essential.
- Experience producing data analysis with a high level of accuracy
- Effective quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long term profess
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
