Customer Service
Responsible for assisting with all service inquiries and providing best course of action based on client needs while providing an exceptional experience.

Fraud Support
Early fraud detection is critical in minimizing impact to the client’s account and identity. They manage issues with fraud losses by ensuring Citi makes appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology.

Collections Support
Knowledgeable of Citi’s policies and applies judgment based on practice, precedence, research, and analysis. They are expert negotiators and use skills to resolve escalations.

Credit Support
Responsible for maintaining data quality in credit systems, monitoring credit exposure, and adhering to credit policies. They assist with client issue resolution and addressing credit needs.

  • Must live within 75 miles of a Citi operations site and work from the home address on-file
  • Must attend all required on-site training and coaching days
