Travel Product Development VP
Citi Travel provides customers with the ability to earn and redeem ThankYou® points by booking flights, hotels, car rentals and attractions. Citi Travel is part of the ThankYou Rewards program and serves as a key part of the overall rewards strategy. This role will be focused on developing the product roadmap across all our travel verticals – air, hotel, car and attractions. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. Actively drive year over year growth, including, but not limited to, increasing customer transactions, customer visits and overall engagement.
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Deep understanding of the core travel booking experience on the Citi Travel portal.
- Embrace and leverage technology teams alongside the Delivery lead to drive a seamless digital travel booking experience.
- Build clear and actionable requirements for new features that communicate business needs with accurate details and transparency that drives alignment between stakeholders.
- Influence across the business to advocate for priority and navigate roadblocks to drive impact around key KPIs.
- Collaborate across teams to solve production issues that drive customer pain points.
- Create business cases and deliver value by proactively identifying opportunities for enhancements and growth.
- Partner with servicing, marketing, compliance and risk managers to drive roadmap priorities.
- Monitor, report and provide strong analytics that drives strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in product management or relevant field.
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle including ideation, strategic development, requirements definition and value management.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Project management and governance experience with the proven ability to develop project plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to identify and achieve milestones within deadlines.
- Superior organizational skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities in addition to strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for establishing and maintaining a culture of control within the business.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships, build partnerships, and influence a group of diverse stakeholders across the businesses and key functional support areas.
- Detail oriented, with proven ability to question and identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices by leveraging previous experiences and knowledge of the business.
- Deep functional knowledge of Credit Card Rewards is a plus.
- Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
