Team/Role Overview:

The T-Code (Transaction Code) Data Quality Senior Analyst will join the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Team and will ensure that the T-Code datameets required standards, evaluate complex issues with significant impact and provide resolution recommendations. The Incumbent will collaborate with various teams, developing subject matter expertise and industry knowledge.

What you'll do:

  • Partners with Business and Technology to contribute to the development of standards addressing AML T-Code Data Quality management

  • Develop methods to identify data patterns and trends in available data sources, perform data quality analytics and identify data challenges

  • Contribute to AML T-Code Data Quality resolution strategies and practices

  • Assists in the remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback on issues and concerns 

  • Report Data Quality issues through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process, and/or Coordinate efforts for Data consumption demand and Data requirement from strategic data repositories

  • Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions.

  • Lead project management activities within the AML T-Code area.

  • Support senior management strategic vision

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.

What we'll need from you:

  • 5+ years implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Optimizes work processes by knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications.

  • Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills at all organizational levels.

  • Ability to deliver both on time and on quality.

  • Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders, while monitoring tight deadlines or unexpected requirement change.

  • Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree
