Transaction Capture Intermediate Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely booking of transactions executed on investment funds accounts, verifying received instructions in respect of their correctness and completeness

• Cooperation with other teams/divisions in Citi

• Identifying and reporting of any gaps and risks in a process. Utilising data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvement

• Conducting projects within a team as well as actively participating in projects on a wider level

• Participating in audits, business meetings, client calls

• On-boarding new processes/clients/funds with maximum possible automation from day one

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a related role

• Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred

• Project management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
