Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter dedicated to the retail banking sector, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy, execution, and delivery processes in collaboration with the Human Resources team. Your primary objective will be to support various recruitment initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.

The Talent Acquisition Team strives to provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies, including diversity initiatives.
• Utilize internal and external methods, search firms, agencies, and direct sourcing/networking to identify and attract talent.
• Screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified recommendations to hiring managers.
• Facilitate and communicate feedback to key stakeholders.
• Partner with business, Compensation, and HR teams to structure and negotiate offer packages in compliance with regulatory policies.
• Ensure timely production of necessary documentation and obtain required hiring approvals.
• Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to all hiring policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and train new recruits, assuming informal or formal leadership roles within the team.
• Participate in recruiting events and activities, and conduct market research on competitive organizations.
• Assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup's interests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in external and internal recruitment.
• Proven experience working with senior management.
• Strong knowledge of search and direct hiring techniques.
• Expertise in sourcing talent through social media channels and networking activities.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree.
