Senior Auditor -Technology Infrastructure

Team/Role Overview:
Citi's Internal Audit (IA) division in Warsaw includes over 100 employees and provides independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders globally. Internal Audit is one of Citi's key components with over 1500 professionals globally covering Citi's global businesses and service, and a change agent within Citi aimed to enhance the control culture of Citigroup worldwide.
Our new Colleague will be responsible for assurance activities including audit, business monitoring, issue management covering the full spectrum of Technology Infrastructure in the Citi Service Center (mostly across Europe and the US), including Third Party Management, Public Cloud, Databases, Software License Management, Network and Platforms.
What you'll do:
Perform moderately complex, end to end technology infrastructure audits including drafting high quality audit documentation, presenting issues to the stakeholders, and discussing practical cross-functional solutions.
Deliver on-time Internal Audit and Regulatory issue validation, as well as business monitoring reporting.
Use your excellent communication skills in order to influence a wide range of internal audiences including respective product, function, or regional executive management partners. May negotiate internally often at higher levels on matters which will have a major impact on the area managed.
Apply understanding of internal audit standards, policies, and local regulations to provide timely audit assurance.
Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements.
What we'll need from you:
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the domain of technology infrastructure.
Experience with auditing processes preferred.
Subject matter expertise regarding audit technology’s application.
Impeccable verbal and written communication and influencing skills, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Ability to work independently with demonstrated experience in managing technology audits and projects according to strict timetables and quality standards.
Ability to deep dive into a new subject matter quickly and with curiosity.
Fluent English.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
