The role is placed in the Securities Services Operations Department being part of Operations and Technology. The Securities Services Project Manager is responsible for execution of strategic business and regulatory projects including new Client’s implementations for Securities Services business area.

Responsibilities:

1. Management of business and regulatory projects:

- Creating and executing project plans

- Managing project administration

- Governance over project demand process and collection of business requirements

- Analyzing projects in terms of costs, schedule, risk, and other factors

- Reporting of projects status and progress to Custody management

- Creating and motivating robust project teams from various businesses and supportive units

- Working as a liaison between various units within the bank as well as with external partners

- Support of new Client’s implementation including:

  • Execution of implementation plan
  •  Coordinating of UAT testing between Bank and Client systems
  •  Reporting the progress to Bank and Client management
  •  Building Client relationship

2. Cooperation with product, business, and operational teams in the implementation of new products and regulatory changes

3. Preparing and monitoring of BRDs for system changes

4. Coordinating of UAT tests for Custody systems

5. Searching for new solutions to improve operational processes and Client experience.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of capital market regulation and infrastructure
  • Deep knowledge of custody processes
  • Experience in managing Client relationship
  • Strong focus on customer needs, business risk and processes efficiency.
  • Problem solving skills, to keep projects on track and remove obstacles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • The ability to make decisions, work under time pressure.
  • Very good work organization, communication skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate project stakeholders.
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Polish and English (in speaking and writing)
  • 3+ experience in projects related to capital market and/or IT
