Team/Role overview:

This is a junior level position that requires basic knowledge of HR processes and some experience in a similar role within HR analytics or administration. The successful Candidate will join the HR Compensation Team in Warsaw.

What you'll do:

  • Conducts market pricing activities such as job matching, data analytics, job pricing including analysis of cash and equity compensation practices and staffing trends.

  • Generates and reviews compensation related reports from both internal systems, external market data vendors (database to manage employee data and competitive compensation data) and Microsoft Access

  • Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.

  • Prepares advanced analytics and modeling to fulfill ad hoc data requests.

  • Focuses on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.

What we'll need from you:

  • At least 1 year of work experience preferred, ideally within HR or other administrative/analytical role.

  • Polish language knowledge at min. B2 level.

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level).

  • Some experience in data analysis preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
