Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager
The Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for aligning Infrastructure products and services with business needs; strategic planning and optimization of spend, solutioning and deployment, operational and project management, performance, and estate management. It is a part of Global Production Management, specifically Wealth Infrastructure Performance Team supporting Wealth organization across the globe..
Responsibilities:
Perform an Infrastructure Service Delivery role for Wealth business including engagement in Incident, Problem Change and other ITIL disciplines between Production Management, Infrastructure and Wealth organizations,
Ensure continually improvement of resilience and reliability for end to end services,
Create and maintain relationships, bring virtual teams across the organization together and lead execution of delivery of plan,
Be able to interact with technical stakeholders from Architecture, Infrastructure and Application development teams to provide best in class infrastructure solutions to meet business needs,
Demonstrate ability to deliver onInfrastructure Spend and Financial Targets including annual budget planning with business and Infrastructure,
Manage delivery of demand optimization effort with the business to deliver savings target against financials while ensuring infrastructure right sizing,
Oversight for the delivery of business, regulatory and technology infrastructure projects with end-to-end responsibility for the quality, timeliness, financials, and operational effectiveness
Deliver on Performance Measures including Service Performance, financial and governance KPIs
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in roles centred around infrastructure delivery (application hosting and/or end user services) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
Understanding of how specialization within area contributes to the business and of competitors' products and services
Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
