The Identity & Access Management (IAM) CISAR Quality & Oversight team at Citigroup is a vital component of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO), playing a critical role in aligning Citi’s identity management strategy with the broader security objectives of the organization. The team is responsible for ensuring data quality and completeness of the CISAR Repository through monitoring and oversight, ensuring alignment with IAM standards. This includes executing and managing a portfolio of control processes that provide essential safeguards for identity and access integrity. Key areas of focus include the governance of privileged identities (e.g., Functional IDs, Bot IDs) and management solutions. The Analyst will collaborate closely with global IT partners to ensure seamless and secure integration of identity management practices throughout the enterprise.
What you will do:
Monitor and ensure data quality and completeness of the CISAR Repository, aligning with IAM standards.
Perform project management to ensure the timely and efficient execution of IAM initiatives, including planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
Conduct observability analysis to evaluate outputs, identify anomalies, and enhance monitoring processes.
Identify and understand access management risks and opportunities across Citi, with a focus on Privileged Identity Management.
Enhance Quality Management monitoring processes to detect and mitigate potential security risks, collaborating with global IT partners and information security personnel to gather and analyze data, document requirements, and communicate project plans.
Provide timely, accurate, and actionable reporting on existing and emerging risks, trends, service levels, and areas of concern to senior management.
Support internal and external audits and assessments related to the IAM program, ensuring adherence to Citi’s policies, standards, and regulations related to privileged access management.
Assist in the execution and management of control processes that provide critical safeguards for identity and access integrity.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Information Security, Privileged Access Management, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze datasets and present in a format that facilitates senior management decision-making.
Demonstrated experience in Agile project planning, execution, risk planning, and change management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of global regulatory guidelines, industry-standard security practices, and Citi’s corporate information security policies and compliance controls.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
Critical Competencies:
Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts, processes, and controls.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and risk reduction initiatives.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across information security, business, and technology sectors.
Advanced analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify anomalies and address root causes.
