Team/Role Overview:

The Product Control Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure accurate financial reporting, trade validation, and risk control. The candidate will work closely with traders, finance teams, and risk management to provide insights into P&L movements and help optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily product control processes and reporting for treasury products (P&L production, attribution, and reconciliation)

• Ensure correct trade booking and valuation in financial systems.

• Work with risk, operations, and finance teams to enhance control processes.

• Support month-end and quarter-end financial close.

• Participate in system and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in product control, financial analysis, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of treasury products, such as bonds, repos, money market products, FX swaps.

• Knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast pace and deadline-driven environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
