ETF Fund Accounting Senior Analyst (multiple positions)

For our growing Team, we are looking for Fund Accounting Senior Analysts and Fund Accounting Experts, all within Fund Valuations Department. With us, you would be able to take part in onboarding & implementation activities as well as deepen your knowledge of Fund Accounting and specialise yourself in, continually growing, area of ETFs. We seek candidates of different seniority levels. Mentioned positions involve not only partaking in daily Net Assets Valuation routine but also ongoing projects.  

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the funds’ activities, including calculation of NAVs

  • Reviewing deliverables from upstream teams

  • Acting as a Checker for complex tasks

  • Supporting the team manager in audit queries, client queries, and risk related items

  • Reviewing and reconciliation of balance sheet of the investment funds (ETFs). Impact analysis

  • Income and security lending review

  • Adapting existing processes and procedures to changing environment. Process improvements

  • Resolving complex issues and knowledge sharing with less senior team members. Appropriately assessing risks and escalating them

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of investment fund related topics: Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Net Assets Valuation, Fees/Expenses (ETFs would be an advantage)

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in fund administration

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication in English

  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications (InvestOne program would be an advantage)
