Custody Transaction Management Department is currently looking to fill a subject matter role in one of its newly formed DCC teams that will be tasked with managing and implementing the incoming migrations of new processes. Embarking on this journey, you will run point on accommodating new activities that will be transferred into your team, quickly learning them up to the subject matter expert level, structuring a new and functioning process around them, and ensure their accurate and timely delivery, independently from the sending site.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim process
  • supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes
  • building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking
  • challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks
  • assisting in development junior team members

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Fund Accounting/Asset Servicing/Custody Tax field
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills
  • Willingness to develop and learn fast
