Team/Role Overview

The EMEA Custody Client Onboarding Senior Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with Clients independently and has enough expertise to solve complex queries. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange complex and sensitive information. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

On your typical day you will be mostly:

  • Responsible for close relationship with Citi stakeholders and corporate clients across entire account opening and/or maintenance process (interacting with customers mutual and in writing, resolving customer issues).
  • Taking part in projects across account services area (all scenarios of account opening and maintenance processing) & ensuring they are fully compliant with internal processes, regulations, policies.
  • Follows internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.

Is it you we’re looking for?

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in Custody area or account opening & maintenance process
  • You are advanced in English – C1 - written and spoken
  • You are a people person, open to delivering superior customer service and cooperate with different stakeholders within Citi
  • You are motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
