The Apps Support Senior Analyst is a key role, leveraging deep expertise to develop new techniques and improve processes. This position integrates subject matter and industry knowledge to evaluate complex issues, making significant decisions that impact the business. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and business support for Citi Applications, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Maintain and support applications, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality.
• Conduct start-of-day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handovers.
• Perform same-day risk reconciliations and maintain technical support documentation.
• Assess and escalate risks and impacts of production issues.
• Partner with development and support teams to prioritize bug fixes and tooling needs.
• Participate in application releases, from development to production deployment.
• Act as a liaison between users, internal technology groups, and vendors.

Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages and a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and issue tracking/reporting experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of problem management tools and good technical skills.
• Ability to plan, organize workload, and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound judgment.
