Platform Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in building large-scale cloud-native solutions, to take a central role in the design and delivery of our next-generation developer platform. In the role, you will lead the design and delivery of critical platform capabilities, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Your work will significantly enhance developer productivity and experience at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of our core developer platform, focusing on usability, reliability, and scalability.
• Own and drive strategic initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor team members on engineering best practices.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional experience in software engineering.
• Professional experience developing backend (server-side) applications.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js , Java or Go.
• Proven expertise in cloud-native development, particularly with Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of security best practices in application development, including authentication, authorization, credential management, encryption, and certificate management.
• Hands-on experience implementing scalable developer-focused platforms.
• Knowledge of modern software architectures, CI/CD methodologies, and Agile development practices.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and MongoDB (Desirable)
• Experience as tech lead (Desirable)
