RES F&C Governance Operations Team Support
Support the governance requirements across the complete life cycle of Facilities & Construction projects, including active support of the RES CSC operations (Mumbai, India). This includes interacting with and providing advice to the project management staff at the regional and global level to ensure compliance with Citi level policies / standards, In-Business procedures / guidelines and regulations to mitigate risk. This individual is a key member of the RES Governance team working on global and regional initiatives to embed a strong risk management culture and framework for across Citi’s portfolio and projects. Responsible for identifying, anticipating, and mitigating risks that could negatively impact the Business objectives while minimizing the Operational Risk events and losses. Supports the Functional teams through governance models and monitoring tools to ensure all activities are consistent with Citi policies, standards, internal processes, and programs. Program manager for key initiatives and priorities including the design and implementation of global standards and procedures across regions.
Job Summary:
Support the RES F&C Compliance Delivery Team Lead with ensuring processes adhere to Citi relevant policies and procedures and are maintained and tracked within Citi systems (REALM, P2P, etc.)
Support Operations Lead and CSC compliance Delivery Team Lead with system (REALM, P2P, etc.) corrective actions to maintain compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate effective communication and reporting across time zones, providing timely resolution to any issues and escalations
Maintain all documentation and training materials associated to compliance delivery, providing regular and ad-hoc training to the function as required.
Support in the consistent implementation of Citi policies, standards, and processes and other Citi programs
Support coordination with the Global Function Head and Regional teams in the implementation of consistent and transparent processes and best practices across all Regions
Support the In-business Risk and Control teams in the risk assessment program MCA oversight, tracking, and reporting of the Manager’s Control Assessments (MCA) and other Risk Management Programs (GPMP)
Support internal audits and external examinations preparedness activities across all Regions; assist in all interactions with Internal Audit (IA) including deliverables management, and audit fieldwork
Support oversight of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) remediation activities for both Self-Identified Issues (SII) and audit issues
Qualifications/Experience:
6+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Project Management experience preferred
Working knowledge of Risk Mitigation
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
