Forecast Aggregation Lead Analyst - C13/VP - Tampa
Citigroup’s Capital Planning and Management organization is responsible for the firm’s capital management and capital planning activities across the full range of operating environments, from business-as-usual conditions, through stress, and recovery & resolution (the Capital Planning continuum). These activities are essential to determining Citi’s target capital levels, dividends and share buybacks, Risk Weighted Asset levels and reported capital ratios.
The Capital Stress Testing team coordinates the quarterly multi-year multi-scenario forecasting (QMMF) cycles and assists with annual CCAR/DFAST submissions to Citi’s prudential regulators. A critical element to the end-to-end forecasting process is the capture, aggregation and reporting of forecasted results across Core and Sensitivity scenarios on the Strategic Financial Resource Management (SFRM) platform.

The role will provide exposure to financial and regulatory forecasting and reporting and will partner with colleagues across Finance, Risk and Technology. The ability to work under pressure to meet compressed deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills are required given the interaction with firm-wide stakeholders and the frequency and intensity of our Production responsibilities. Additionally, this role requires a ‘control mindset’, strong project leadership and excellent communication.
