Financial Planning & Analysis Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Monitor operations, optimizations, and central investments including productivity and governance. Provide strategic financial support and advice with actionable insights to run operations more effectively. Support the preparation of detailed financial analysis and provide input into forecasts and plans, leveraging a deep understanding of investment and productivity projects. Review, analyze, and challenge submissions provided by business teams. Provide financial insights, risks, opportunities, and information to achieve organizational goals. Contribute to directional strategy and provide advice and counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of Citi’s current and projected performance. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related finance occupation performing financial planning and analysis activities in the finance industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Collaborating with business partners to execute strategic decisions and targets to deliver on Investor Day commitments; Implementing and restructuring investment prioritization to high growth sectors in specific segments and managing discretionary expenses; Identifying and implementing course corrections to ensure achievement of targets including conducting financial analysis for investments and productivity projects using Cognos and EOTT tool; Developing standard and centralized analytics leveraging Tableau dashboards; Analyzing business performance against targets with an understanding of business dynamics in the context of macroeconomic and market factors; and Performing Quarterly Multi Year Multi Scenario Forecasting (QMMF) including capture, quantify, review, and challenge of business assumptions and assessing potential impact to financial forecasts by performing sensitivity analysis. 40 hrs./wk.
