Client Reporting’s Performance Measurement Team (PMT) ensures the accuracy and quality of client account performance data, which is visible to both internal and external clients via Citi Private Bank’s online applications and various reporting channels. PMT validates performance across multiple levels, including total group, account, asset class, sub-asset class, and security level, while also handling inquiries related to client performance and benchmark assignments.  

Role Overview:

The Custom Performance Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating bespoke/supplemental reports requested by Citi Private Bank clients. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Effective communication and diplomacy are essential, as the analyst will engage with internal stakeholders to exchange complex and sometimes sensitive information.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customized performance reports based on client requests.  
  • Work closely with Banking and Product teams, Investment Counselors, Portfolio Managers, Operations, Technology, and other Global Client Reporting teams.  
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, collaborating with operations and technology teams to resolve them efficiently.  
  • Ensure the integrity of performance data by applying analytical rigor and validation techniques.  
  • Support the broader PMT as part of the Global Client Reporting Group.  

The NAM/LATAM Client Reporting Group provides support in the following areas:

  • Financial Data Reconciliation
  • Investment Performance Measurement/Analysis
  • Quality Assurance over Legal Statements, Investment Reporting, Advice/Confirm generation and other various client reporting
  • Benchmarking and Investment fund analytics such as pricing and returns
  • Custom Report creation

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of prior operations management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume team environment 
  • Ability to educate clients on navigation and functionality in a virtual environment
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Ability to analyze potential issues, document the relevant details and escalate to the appropriate tech/product
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
